Afcon Universal Swivel Attachment fig AF700 is a seismic swivel attachment designed to connect a brace member to the building structure or to a seismic structural attachment. The AF700 rigidly braces piping systems subjected to both horizontal and vertical seismic loads. AF700 is available with 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" fastener holes for flexibility with a variety of anchor sizes, and features break away set screws that provide visual indication of proper installation.
AF700 is available in ASC’s Seis Brace® seismic bracing design software, allowing fast, accurate zone of influence calculations.
