Minimal Dead Leg: Flush mount tank valves are typically welded to the lowest part of the tank; allowing the tank to be fully drained. Flush mount tank valves can also be welded to tank covers or welded to the tank wall. The valve is welded tightly to the tank, and the "dead space" is kept to a minimum.
